 Which email address should I use to register?

• To test the APIs in the Love2shop Sandbox you can use any email address.

• When you decide to access the live API environment, we ask that you use a generic email address for the department that will be working with them – for example HR@company.co.uk. This way everyone in your business who needs to can access the APIs without having to remember multiple logins.

What do I need to have in place to start using APIs?

• To be able to use APIs, you must:

  • Have a trade agreement with Love2Shop

  • Be registered on Self- Service

  • Have a credit account

• Please speak to your account manager if you are interested in discussing further.

I need support for a technical issue relating to APIs

• Our API Team will be able to support with any technical questions you may have, please get in touch with them via APITeam@Love2shop.co.uk. Alternatively, you can request support via your Account Manager.
